All non-original extensions were replaced with a new partly single and two storey extension to the side and rear of the existing dwelling with general refurbishments throughout.

 

An existing dormer window at first floor level on the rear elevation and projecting rooflight was amended so internal spaces could benefit from the southernly aspect. 

 

Three identifiable volumes project into the south facing rear garden with ample openings bringing the outside in.
