This proposed residential development is located on a site with a strong declivity and sandwiched between the M50 and Harold’s Grange road. This scheme forms part of an overall masterplan we designed for the entire area, inclusive of a 3rd part property. The site will be developed in 4 phases, with phase 1 already completed in 2007. Phase will consist of 45 units divided between 2 buildings. 2 N0 3 storey duplex block facing the Harold’s Grange road will provide a street continuity, while at the rear a 4/5 storey apartment block will be set back from the M50 providing south facing amenities to the entire development.
