The company was founded on the ethos of providing a high quality architectural service that is both personable and accessible to our clients.
We have a multi-disciplinary team of architects, planners and technologists that are up to date with planning law and construction standards in Ireland.

Established in 2010, our practice has collaborated with many of the major developers and contractors in Ireland over the past 16 years, guiding a large number of high density residential and mixed use projects through the planning and construction process.

We are a fully BIM compatible practice and advocate the utilisation of new trends and technologies in our practice both to the benefit of our clients in assisting with visualisations and in streamlining our processes and output.

DIRECTOR MRIAI
Greg Davey
Greg ia qualified as both architect and architectural technologist with extensive experience in complex large scale residential and urban design projects in Ireland, London and The Netherlands.
Upon graduation, Greg worked with FKL Architects, O Mahony Pike Architects and in Mecanno, Delft overseeing the completion of a range of projects.

Paul Davey
Paul specialises in urban design. He is an expert visual communicator with the practical means to help clients fully comprehend a design concept. Dedicated to his craft, a hand sketch from Paul is often all it takes for a stakeholder to “get it”.

Andrea is a design architect with responsibility for both on site operations alongside design and planning. Andrea has garnered experience in handling and managing large scale developments and multi-unit residential projects.

Slavica is a design architect with extensive on site experience in both small private projects and large commercial developments. Slavica has a key involvement at both planning and construction stages of studio projects.

Matthew O'Donoghue
Matthew is a graduate architect from Bolton Street with a background in carpentry and sports training. Matthew's work within the practice has a focus on assisting with on-site construction teams.

Sarah Ryan BSc MIPI MRUP MUBC
Sarah provides expertise in the preparation of our feasibility studies, design statements, and planning assessments.
She has over 25 years experience working as a town planner in public and private practice in Ireland and The Netherlands. Sarah is additionally qualified in Property Economics and holds a Masters in Regional and Urban Planning and a Masters in Urban and Building Conservation.
Office Administrator
Niamh White
Niamh is responsible for the administration of the office and studio team. Niamh also plays a key role in the administration of BCMS documentation with all studio projects.
Mascot
Sandy
Sandy is head of Health and Safety. He also has a proficiency in our studio software bArchicad and Fetchup.
In addition to the above, Sandy plays a key role as our in-house wellness officer.

Olga Keogh
Olga is a graduate of TU Dublin with over 25 years of experience including Swanke Hayden Connell Architects in London and MCA Architects in Dublin. Olga has worked in this capacity as a project leader across all sectors.
Finance Director
Frances Ramsey
Frances administrates office finances and is responsible for both invoicing and payroll. Frances also provides a key role in HR management.
