The company was founded on the ethos of providing a high quality architectural service that is both personable and accessible to our clients.
We have a multi-disciplinary team of architects, planners and technologists that are up to date with planning law and construction standards in Ireland.

Established in 2010 by Greg Davey and David Smith, our practice has collaborated with many of the major developers and contractors in Ireland over the past 13 years, guiding a large number of high density residential and mixed use projects through the planning and construction process.

We are a fully BIM compatible practice and advocate the utilisation of new trends and technologies in our practice both to the benefit of our clients in assisting with visualisations and in streamlining our processes and output.

Olga is a graduate of TU Dublin with over 25 years of experience including Swanke Hayden Connell Architects in London and MCA Architects in Dublin. Olga has worked in this capacity as a project leader across all sectors.

David has accrued experience as a key member of a project team on large scale residential schemes at both planning and construction stage. David is undergoing a programme to become a fully accredited member of the RIAI [MRIAI] by 2024.

Alanna has become an integral member of the studio team with involvement both on site and at early design stage. Alanna leads our Virtual Reality research within the studio and is also undergoing a programme to become a fully accredited member of the RIAI [MRIAI] by 2024.

Paul Langan
Paul studied Architecture at the University of Limerick graduating in 2020. Paul worked with Mahony Architecture before joining our team. Paul has exceptional graphic skills and is currently working on a number commercial office and urban design projects
Planning and Research
Sarah Ryan BSc MIPI MRUP MUBC
Sarah has over 20 years experience as a town planner with Fingal County Council, and has worked in private practice with Tom Phillips and Associates and the International Institute for the Urban Environment in Delft, NL. Sarah is additionally qualified in Property Economics and holds a Masters in Building and Urban Conservation.

Niamh White
Niamh is responsible for the administration of the office and studio team. Niamh also plays a key role in the administration of BCMS documentation with all studio projects.
Finance Director
Frances Ramsey
Frances administrates office finances and is responsible for both invoicing and payroll. Frances also provides a key role in HR management.
Architectural Assistant
Elliott O'Neill
Elliot is an undergraduate architect that provides an assistant role to project architects and technologists within the studio team. Elliot has also become responsible for the maintenance and execution of 3D printing within the office.
Mascot
Sandy
Sandy is head of Health and Safety. He also has a proficiency in our studio software bArchicad and Fetchup.
In addition to the above, Sandy plays a key role as our in-house wellness officer.
