Regles - Lusk
Regles is a new development along Minister's Road close to the historic center of Lusk, County Dublin. This new neighbourhood provides over 300 dwellings in a mix of houses, townhouses, duplex and apartments with a new creche and multiple parks and play areas.

Regles is a new community of dwellings close to the historic centre of Lusk. Adjacent to existing GAA facilities along Minister's Road, the new development was designed in consultation with both Fingal County Council and An Bord Pleanala by way of a Strategic Housing Development [SHD] application.

The scheme is characterised by a high quality architectural approach to building typologies and urban design. Neighbourhoods within the development are formed around open spaces which are interconnected, forming vistas and way finding routes through the development from Minister's Road.

A three storey townhouse typology was developed to address the main road at the front of the scheme and to form an urban edge to key open spaces within the development. A common architectural language was applied to duplex typologies enabling a coherence and connection between differing unit typology.
