Planning permission has been received for over 800 units at the De La Salle Lands, Ballyfermot Road, Dublin 10. On behalf of Dwyer Nolan Developments, the scheme will provide a mixture of apartments, duplex, and triplex units. The design is made up of stepped courtyard blocks of varying heights with incorporated balconies and roof terraces.
The existing central Protected Structure De La Salle School Building will be renovated and re-purposed as a crèche with an outdoor play area. A community hub, corner shop, café, new central park and amenity areas will be incorporated into the development.
